Stephanie Simowski is a Senior Carbon Markets Program Manager at The Nature Conservancy (TNC), leading efforts to advance natural climate solutions through carbon markets and improve market integrity.  With a background in sustainability and conservation, she previously managed the Blue Accounting platform in collaboration with the Great Lakes Commission. Prior to TNC, Stephanie worked with ERM, the Environmental Law & Policy Center, and the Environmental Investigation Agency. She holds a Bachelor's in Zoology from Michigan State University and a Master's in Sustainability from Saint Louis University. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys exploring Chicago, where she’s lived for the last decade, and cycling along the lakefront.
