Debbie Shust is Vice President, Customer Insights and Experience at International. In this role, she leverages decades of commercial transportation experience to analyze customer data and market research, shaping product strategy, marketing, and customer experience.

With over 38 years at International, Debbie has held roles in engineering, pricing, product planning, marketing, order-to-delivery, and variable margin management. Most recently, she led International’s work truck division, driving growth and profitability through data-driven strategies focused on customer needs.

A key part of Debbie’s work is advancing International’s electrification strategy, particularly with the International eMV Series, the company’s medium duty electric truck. She ensures customer insights guide electric vehicle product development, adoption strategies, and infrastructure planning, helping fleets transition efficiently.

Her ability to blend analytics with a customer-first approach has fueled innovation and operational efficiency, reinforcing International’s commitment to market-leading commercial vehicles.

Debbie holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
