Soham is an electrical engineer turned investor with over half a decade of experience helping electric utilities modernize infrastructure through the design and management of multimillion-dollar projects. He later earned his MBA from Northwestern Kellogg, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital, before transitioning into venture capital. Drawing on both his engineering and business background, Soham works closely with early-stage founders to help them scale high-impact startups and tackle the climate crisis. He currently leads the Carbon Removal and Great Lakes Innovation Accelerator programs. Across four accelerators, he has supported more than 20 founders through hands-on coaching and operational support.
