As Senior Director of Program Development, Sinclair oversees the direction and evolution of Verra’s suite of programs, including the Verified Carbon Standard, Sustainable Development Verified Impact Standard, Climate, Community & Biodiversity Standards, and Plastic Waste Reduction Standard Programs. In previous roles at Verra, Sinclair worked on the Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT) and managed the VCS project review process. Most recently, Sinclair led the development of Verra’s SD VISta Nature Framework, a methodology for measuring and quantifying biodiversity outcomes. 

Sinclair earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at the University of California Santa Barbara, where she focused on Corporate Environmental Management and Pollution Prevention and Remediation. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida.
